We understand not everyone is comfortable purchasing a dress online, sight unseen. Therefore, we do our best to make our purchase policy friendly and accessible. All of our dresses are fully refundable within ten days of receipt, minus shipping, provided they are not special orders or custom cut, offering you an opportunity to see a dress before making a permanent commitment.*
Our typical lead time is eight weeks for a dress that is not in stock. If you have a pending date, please contact us directly and we will let you know whether or not we can accommodate your time frame.
On most occasions we can apply a rush fee for those emergency situations.
We use UPS Ground and charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping (multiple dresses may incur a higher rate). We will do shipping upgrades upon request.
Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we do need a physical address for delivery.
