Thank you for your interest in our line. Here are some things you should know about us.
We are and always have been a small production company. We do not mass produce our clothes or send them elsewhere for production. Our laces rotate with availability and our colors sometimes change with the recipes we receive which we have always thought to be part of the process of trying to offer continuing designs on a small production basis.
We have our own size chart we use for all of our designs, please take time to consult this when ordering. To make the process more convenient, we have included our custom size form in our checkout process as well as a PDF version for added ease when ordering special measurements.
We want to be sure you are confident in your purchase with us; therefore, we offer a very reasonable return policy. This gives you a chance to see a dress in person before making a permanent choice. For shipping information, please consult the Order page.
Our typical lead time is eight weeks from when you want to receive your dress. If you need a dress in less than eight weeks, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail as to availability or rush fees.
As time passes and styles change, so does the availability of certain laces on particular dresses. In some cases, we may be forced to discontinue a style due to lack of availability. Most often, however, we can do a style with the same pattern by simply replacing the fabric or lace.
Most of our dresses are made in natural and then dyed. This allows us a myriad of color options, including dye matching. For more specific requests, please consult with us directly.
We do all the design work, altering, and dying here, so we have some flexibility with our styles. Please consult us when you have a specific request and we will quote you on cost and our ability to accommodate you.
